Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us right away if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can solve the problem and make it right.
Exchanges/Refunds
We are currently only accepting exchanges of the color you ordered. Please contact us on how to exchange a product. Shipping costs will be customers responsibility, so please ensure you have checked over our size chart and you have chosen what works best for you!
ALL exchanges must be UNWORN & UNWASHED and in the same condition as receiving.
Exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of receiving. Please contact us within this time frame. Once we receive your exchange, we will contact you further with a shipping time for a new size. Please take note, this may not happen immediately.
